Which areas do you service?

 

We service  Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge and Copper.     

 

 

Do I have to be home, while the housekeepers clean?

 

You do not have to, but you are welcome be home, while our crew cleans it. As most of the properties we service are vacation or rental homes, the owners are usually not present, thus we are used to working under such conditions, but, if you feel more comfortable being at home during service, that is just fine. 

 

 

What if I am not satisfied?

 

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of work done, we will return and re-clean areas we missed at no charge.

 

 

Are you licensed and insured?

 

Yes

 

How many housekeepers are on the team? Will you always send the same crew?

 

Our housekeepers work individually or in teams of two. We do our best to always assign the same team to your property. However, in case of illness, vacation or the crunch of busy holiday season, we are not able to guarantee it.

 

 

How do I pay?

 

We accept cash, checks, credit cards and bank transfers. We bill via e-mail at the end of each month for all the cleans performed that month.

 

 

Is the tip expected?

 

Not usually. However, if you develop a long term dependable relationship with your housekeeping crew and want to express your gratitude, a small tip or holiday bonus is always appreciated.

 

 

Do you inform the owner of damage/maintenance needed to my rental property?

 

Our housekeepers are trained to immediately inform management about any damage to the property or maintenance needed that they find while cleaning. Manager will in turn inform the owner ASAP.

 

 

Do you offer maintenance and/or trash removal services?

 

We do not offer maintenance or trash removal services, but over the years we have developed close working relationships with dependable companies that work alongside of us. We are glad to recommend or schedule/ coordinate them for your property.

 

 

Do you clean windows and carpet?

 

We do not provide professional carpet or window cleaning service. However, we can clean the interior windows that can be reached with no ladder. We do have close working relationships with a professional window and carpet cleaning company that we are glad to recommend and/ or coordinate for you.

 

 

Do you provide linen service?

 

We do not offer linen service, as we find that owners prefer to use their own inventory. However, we do provide of site laundering service for clients linens. 

 

What are labor/man hours?

 

Term “labor hours” (also called man hours) refers to total number of hours spend cleaning the house. For example, if we estimate that your home is an 8h job, that means, that it would take one housekeeper 8h to clean the house, or it would take two housekeepers 4h to clean your house (2 housekeepers X 4h=8h total)). In each case, you would be billed for 8h of labor.


Can you accommodate last minute and back to back cleans (same day turn around cleans)?

 

We are definitely able to accommodate last minute cleans (in most cases even with a 24h notice). Back to back cleans are not a problem, but we appreciate as much advance notice, as possible, especially around holidays.

 

 

What days of the week do you work?

 

We work seven day a week and there is no increase in charge, if we clean your property on the weekend.

 

 

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

 

Our housekeepers will bring their own supplies and equipment needed to perform the job. Please, feel free to provide cleaning products that you personally prefer to be used for your home.

 

 

Do you charge per job or per hour?

 

We do offer hourly rates, but we can also work out a set price for the property (usually preferred for our rental properties)

 

 

Do I have to sign a contract?

 

No. We do not want to entrap you with commitment to our services in any way. We believe that the quality of our service is the best way to ensure our continued partnership.

 

 

Do you have a minimum charge?

 

Yes, we do have a minimum charge of$135 per job.

 


Do I have to be on a regular schedule or can you accommodate on demand cleans?

 

We can schedule your property for a regularly recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) or on as needed basis. 

 

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes.
