What Is Included In The Service?
(all services can be customized)

Regular clean:

Kitchen:

Clean/disinfect counters

Wipe down fronts of cabinets

Clean small appliances inside and out (coffee maker, toaster, microwave)

Clean exterior of all major appliances (refrigerator, stove)

Clean inside the refrigerator and/ or oven (upon request)

Unload dishwasher, put away dishes

Desinfect/ polish the sink

Vacuum and mop floors

Remove garbage

Bathrooms:

Clean/ disinfect shower/tub

Clean/ disinfect toilet

Clean/ disinfect vanity (sink, counter, mirrors)

Clean polish faucets

Vacuum and mop the floor

Remove garbage

Throughout the house (bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, hallways, mud room, laundry room ):

Dust all surfaces within reach (furniture, lamps, windowsills, TV’s, shelves, pictures, decorative items)

Wash sheets and towels (upon request)

Make beds (upon request)

Clean mirrors

Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer

Remove garbage

Vacuum floor and carpet

Mop all floors

Sweep garage (if broom provided )

Deep Clean:

(Typically performed in addition to regular clean)

Clean inside of oven

Clean behind and underneath the refrigerator

Remove all the shelves and clean inside the fridge and freezer

Clean inside all kitchen cabinets, drawers and shelves

Wash trash cans

Wash marks on walls

Clean all vents and fans

Wash inside all cabinets, drawers and shelves in the bathrooms

Remove hard water deposits in the shower, clean grout

Move washer/ dryer and clean underneath, if possible

Wash top, front, sides and inside washer and dryer

Clean interior of all windows and glass doors (where accessible with no ladder)

Wipe all light switches and thermostats

Wipe all light fixtures, lampshades, ceiling fans

Wipe the baseboards and baseboard heaters

Move furniture, if not too heavy and vacuum underneath

Vacuum under heavy furniture, where accessible

Vacuum edges of carpet

Wipe all shelves, drawers and closets throughout the house

Vacuum under couch and chair cushions

Oil all wood surfaces- furniture, trim

Dust wood blinds

Clean mirrors, picture frames

Wipe remotes and phones

Remove cobwebs

Condition leather furniture
